Data Deletion Request

Users of Roast My Business may request deletion of personal information associated with their use of the app.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion, email [email protected] with the subject line “Roast My Business – Data Deletion Request.”

Please include the email address you used when submitting your business for analysis and, if available, the business name or website URL associated with your submission. This information will be used to identify the applicable records.

Data That May Be Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your Roast My Business submissions where reasonably possible, including identifying information associated with the submitted business analysis.

Data We May Retain

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, maintain transaction and accounting records, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, or protect our legal rights. Information retained for these purposes will be kept only as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
